Measurements are shown in centimetres. These measurements are the dimensions of the garments, not your body measurements. Please allow your body measurements to be at least 5cm less than the garment so it fits well and is easy to move in. Waist has 2 elastics on sides which makes it flexible and the measurement above is an average that changes 5cm each way.
