Boil the milk and slowly stir in semolina, allow to thicken and rise. Take off the heat and cool a little. While it is cooling, seperate egg yolks and whip them with sugar, add the mixture to semolina. Then whip the egg whites until hard. Add them to the semolina mixture lifting it in easy. Then sprinkle with grated dark chocolate. Cool in the fridge for a few hours. Serve with berry sauce or compot. Yum!
